Refund and Cancellation Policy

Court Reservations

Courtsy does not charge a fee for a court reservation. To cancel a reservation, use the cancellation link in the confirmation email. A successful cancellation immediately returns the time to the court schedule.

Reservations can be cancelled only before they end. Past reservations cannot be cancelled. Your community may have additional court-use rules.

Trial Subscription

New paid-community accounts include a trial subscription before paid billing begins. The account billing page shows the trial end date. No payment is collected for the trial itself. To continue using paid features after the trial ends, the account owner must start a paid subscription.

Paid Subscriptions

The account owner can cancel a paid Courtsy subscription from the account billing page. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period, and the account remains available until then. We do not automatically refund unused time in a billing period.

Courtsy does not offer a self-service refund process. For a billing problem or a refund request, contact Courtsy through the contact page. Any refund approved by Courtsy will be returned to the original payment method when possible.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right that cannot legally be waived.

Changes

We may update this policy as Courtsy changes. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.
